Carina Favato was a ringleader’s in Philadelphia’s “Arsenic Incorporated” murder syndicate. She pled guilty to poisoning three men, Charles Ingrao, Philip Ingrao, and Guiseppi DiMartino, at her trial on April 21, 1929. She may have murdered Antonio Romualdo as well. She was sentenced to life imprisonment.
